Let's have Lettuce
Now a days most of us complain that we are on bed and too tired but still sleep seems to be far away even thou many end up counting sheeps. White sheeps turned to black but still our stubborn eyes are so wide but tired.
We can try this brew: simmer three to four large lettuce leaves in a cup of water for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, add two sprigs of mint and sip just before going to bed.
