Finally I can COOK ;)
Post Pregnancy, most mother went thru body pain, weakness, post par tum depression and hunger. I am not et all different and have been thru all those. The good thing was my baby and my family who were helping me (and still helping else i wud be a disaster) and bad were my friends who were enjoying posting yummy recipes and posting (their bhukkadgiri).
I decided to follow some of their recipe which gave me urge to cook and eat. out of all this "Lemon Garlic Chicken I loved most ( by gods grace it turned out delicious and finally i got the chef tittle of my family🙇👏). So am sharing how I cooked my version.....
GINGER LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN
1. Mix two spoon corn flour or arrowroot, salt, red chilli powder with chicken pieces .... Keep aside
2. In pan.. Pour oil n ghee .. Fry the onion n capsicum pieces.. Keep aside
3. Fry the marinated chicken lightly
3. In rest of the oil... Add bay leaf, kasuri methi, garlic n ginger paste, sugar one by one in the same sequence then saute
4. Add kashmiri red chilli powder, chilli powder (if needed) haldi.... Saute well
5. Add the fried chicken, and lemon juice one spoon
6. Cover n wait till get boiled n serve
