"Chilly Chicken balls"

Tomato ketchup
Onion- 4pcs
Garlic cloves-4pcs
Spring onions (optional)

Procedure:

  • Grind 4cloves one slice of ginger or one spoon of ginger garlic paste, one slice of capsicum, half onion sliced, green chillies coarsely.
  • Mix the chicken keema n mixture together. Add one egg and two tablespoon full of cornflour and salt to taste.
  • Make small balls as per your choice and refrigerate for 10 minutes so that they bind together nicely ( that will help you later in frying).
  • Heat oil in pan and deep fry those chicken balls.
  • You can enjoy these chicken balls hot with ketchup. Or enjoy it in spicy and tangy curry.
  • For the curry, take the same oil and saute sliced garlic then add some ginger.  Fry diced onions pieces, capcicum cut in square pieces like onion. Fry them in high flame.
  • Add Chillies- sliced cut long. Fry all of them.
