Yes to Pizza :)


My dad ask me why you love pizza, you should avoid and spread this word also :( 
I choose not to :D
I basically don’t like pizza  that much but it works good for those people who luv experimenting with their food. One good thing about it is that it can topped up by any of your choice, be it macaroni, olives or any other veggie or non-veg or both.
For children I usually offer them baby pizzas instead of big ones so that their parents can check n their calorie intake.
Fresh bake bread has got carbohydrates, instead of using yeast i choose hung curd.
cheese supplies high quantity of protein and calcium and vitamin B.
Then veggies and meat or egg also add their benefits into it. So it good for small and fast lunch instead of skipping it, fat 
56568718_XSshould be considered but then everything has its dos and dons. Try to be in limit and enjoy your life besides avoiding and feel bad about it.  Scientifically if you are happy with life and love yourself then it will help you to stay younger for long :)
