Fresh Fruit juices are very much beneficial for everyday healthlife.  They are rich source of vitamins and minerals which helps in activation of enzymes and co-enzymes and keeps us healthy and energetic. 
Many people specially kids don't like to have wholesome fruits so for them juices are the best options.
Fresh fruit juices are a really good source of these enzymes. It is important to note that the juice should be fresh if you want to get benefits from it that is why it is highly advised to keep the fruit juice in refrigerator as soon as you have processed the juice. There are millions of enzymes found in fresh fruit juice but these enzymes are destroyed by heat, and if they are destroyed and your juice is not fresh, then there is no use of drinking fruit juice. Fruit juice must be consumed with a few hours or at max within the same day. Do not ever drink stale or unfresh fruit juice as it is detrimental to our health and can cause infection and indigestion.
