Eve teasing happens everywhere. It happens to most women. Day in and day out. And it happens regardless of where you are studying, what your designation is, or which class, caste, or creed you belong to. It's all damn unfair that even educated people say that it must have been gal's fault that she might be trying to attract others. If this is the only reason then what wrong had been done by those small gals 5 yrs, some are 14 years who dnt have any sense of this....were raped.
